    Federal Vaccine Response

Paul Andrew Kerber IV, a Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, native, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) team leader, and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, talks about his experience and role working at the Fair Park Community Vaccination Center in Dallas, April 6, 2021. Prior to working with FEMA, Kerber was a Reconnaissance Marine Staff Sergeant. Kerber’s roles as a FEMA team leader include preparing his team’s vaccination lane, and ensuring his team has all the equipment and resources needed to accomplish their tasks. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing continued, flexible Department of Defense support to FEMA as part of the whole-of-government response to COVID-19.
