March is National Nutrition Month and Annette Williams, Director of Health, Semper Fit Health Promotions give us a rundown on why nutrition is important for everyone. Semper Fit operates a variety of programs for the benefit and enjoyment of the Marines, sailors and civilians at Cherry Point.
