SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 25, 2020) Chief Electronics Technician (Navigation) Alex Hepburn, from West Palm Beach, Florida, assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron 15, tells of his journey earning his chief anchors and his aspirations as a chief petty officer. Hepburn was promoted to the rank of chief petty officer on Jan. 29, 2021. CSS-15 is responsible for providing training, material, and personnel readiness support to multiple Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine commands located at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam.
