FORT DES MOINES, Iowa — Capt. Tara-Lee Gardner, a Logistician and Future Operations Planner with the 103d ESC Headquarters, shared her thoughts on Black History month. This video, filmed at the Fort Des Moines Museum and Education Center provided the opportunity to reflect on the Leadership and service of African American Soldiers to the Nation.
The Fort Des Moines Museum and Education Center preserves and promotes the history of the African American men who served in World War I and the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (WAAC) of World War II.
