Senior Master Sergeant (SMSgt) Michael Casto, a security forces airman at the 179th Airlift Wing who came upon the scene of a semi-truck accident while driving to work in Mansfield, Ohio on the morning of October 20, 2020. SMSgt Casto was the first one on the scene to stop and help the driver out of the cab and offer aid to the injured man.
