Brig. Gen. Joseph A. Marsiglia assumed command of the Army Reserve Medical Readiness and Training Command from Brig. Gen. Lisa L. Doumont, during a change of command ceremony Sept. 12. The event was held at the Army Medical Department Amphitheater, on Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. Lt. Gen. R. Scott Dingle, the Surgeon General and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Medical Command, officiated the ceremony, which was also live streamed to viewers on social media.
