Fort McCoy Garrison Commander Col. Michael D. Poss provides opening remarks during the Patriot Day Remembrance Ceremony on Sept. 11, 2020, at Veterans Memorial Plaza at the historic Commemorative Area at Fort McCoy, Wis.
