Scott AFB held their 11th Annual POW/MIA Vigil Run on Sept. 18 and 19, 2020, to honor the 81,000+ service members who are still missing-in-action or were prisoners of war. This event consisted of a wreath laying ceremony, and a 24-hour run/walk around the track to keep the U.S. and POW/MIA flags moving for the duration of the event. The total distance traveled was over 200 miles during the 24-hour event. (U.S. Air Force video by Senior Airman Greg Erwin)
