Sailors assigned to Rapid Rural Response Team Two (RRRT 2) provide support to the medical staff at the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center in Eagle Pass, Texas, August 2, 2020. The RRRT is a seven-person team of critical care physicians, critical care nurses, and a respiratory technician. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to states in need as well as the Federal Emergency Management Agency in support of the whole-of-America COVID-19 response.
