Tyler Russell, a clinical psychologist and member of a behavioral health team assigned to support medical providers at Val Verde Regional Medical Center, Del Rio, Texas, discusses encouraging resiliency, mental health, and overcoming operational stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, Aug. 24, 2020.
