    Marines with Combat Logistic Battalion (CLB) 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), provide tactical casualty care and evacuate Marines posing as combat casualties during a nightingale exercise at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, July 29, 2020.
