U.S. Air Force Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape augmentees at Travis Air Force Base, California, participate in field training exercises at several locations in Northern California. Augmentees assist the SERE instructors by providing the element of realism playing the roles of both bad guys and good guys during these intense training sessions. Skills learned during the refresher course will train Airmen how to survive and come home safely.
