Area Maintenance Support Activity 21 Supervisor, Thomas J. Ellis took it upon himself to contact New Jersey officials regarding installation of street lights outside Equipment Concentration Site 27. ECS 27 is managed by the 99th Readiness Division and provides a secure location to store and maintain Army Reserve vehicles and equipment in order to maintain unit readiness.
