U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 28th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron conduct an aerial refueling mission aboard a U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker with U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt IIs in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel, June 29th, 2020. The KC-135 Stratotanker provides U.S. Air Forces Central Command a global reach aerial capability to support joint and coalition aircraft that provide war-winning airpower throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
