On 6 June 2020, Lt. Col. Frank Suyak relinquished command of the 361st Theater Public Affairs Support Element to Lt. Col. Ted Vick. Since we couldn't all come together for the traditional ceremony due to COVID, the Soldiers of the 361st got creative and produced a virtual Change of Command ceremony!
