'A Man Named Walter' is a poem written by 4th grader Michael Steves from McLean, Virginia. Michael was inspired by Medal of Honor recipient Walter Ehlers' actions on D-Day with the 1st Infantry Division.
Michael recites the poem he wrote in memory of Walter Ehlers and all of those who fought to commemorate the 76th Anniversary of D-Day.
