William Keiser, an owner of a private manufacturing company in Westminster, Maryland, manufactures and donates face shields to Maryland Army National Guard healthcare personnel in response to COVID-19 in Westminster, Maryland, April 27, 2020. Keiser said, his company has the capability to manufacture up to 400 face shields a day. The MDNG is working in close coordination with many agencies to support civil authorities to augment civil agency capabilities.
