The International Maritime Security Construct (IMSC) headquarters held a change of command ceremony between two British officers at Naval Support Activity, Bahrain April 30. Royal Navy Commodore James Parkin was relieved by Royal Navy Commodore Robert Bellfield as Vice Adm. Jim Malloy, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command and Combined Maritime Forces officiated the ceremony.
