200429-N-FQ994-001 SASEBO, Japan (April 29, 2020) The Navy Fitness Sasebo COFIT-19 Challenge has us completing a 20-minute outdoor run for Day 29 but this isn’t an ordinary run, read on! This run is comprised of 4 interval rounds of varying exertion that add up to a grand total of 20-minutes! (Complete 4 continuous rounds):
1 Minute - 100% exertion
3 Minutes - 70-80% exertion (not too hard, but hard enough so you can’t hold a conversation)
1 Minute - 50% exertion
It was cold this morning in Sasebo when I started at 5:45 AM! Make sure you adequately warm up your muscles if it’s still cold outside and follow “@NavyFitnessSasebo” on Facebook and Instagram for daily workouts and exercise instructions! Did you workout today?
