We have 3 more days left with the @NavyFitnessSasebo COFIT-19 Challenge! Today’s ‘TABATA’ is ‘simple’ but don’t be caught surprised. It is a very challenging workout.
Each of the 4 'TABATA' movements is 8-interval rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. We do get one 1-minute of rest to transition between the movements. It should look something like this:
Movement:
Right Side Plank
Left Side Plank
Burpees
Sit-ups
