Day number 15 of the Navy Fitness Sasebo COFIT-19 Challenge is about “guts, butts, and biceps.” That means today we are back to the TABATA with 4-burnout movements. Good luck!
For a TABATA, each movement will be performed for 8-rounds a piece. 20-seconds of work and 10-seconds of rest before the next round begins.
1-Glute Bridge Holds
2- Alt V-Ups (modify bicycles)
3- Odd Object Bicep Curls
4- Dead Bugs (modify crunches)
