The Navy Fitness Sasebo COFIT-19 challenge has reached day number ELEVEN. Today we are going back to the TABADAs with 4-different movements… Alternating Plank Push-up, Squats, Sit-ups, and Wall sits.
For each of these 4-different movements, we will be completing 8 rounds: 20 seconds of work & 10 seconds of rest. At the end of each movement, we are taking a 1-minute rest. Good luck!
Alt plank push-up

One key is warm-up each movement before starting the TABADA. I definitely started feeling the burn towards the end of my last wall sit though! Did you workout today?
