The Family Advocacy Program with Marine Corps Community Services planted dozens of pinwheels for "Pinwheels for Prevention" which honors April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. The pinwheel garden is next to the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune Emergency Department/Trauma Center. The pinwheel garden represents community efforts to support family activities and the prioritization of preventing child abuse.
