Fort Campbell, KY. Soldiers assigned to the 501st Medical Company deployed to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in response to COVID-19, April 18. The 501st is scheduled to support COVID-19 relief efforts in Boston. The company provides a wide variety of medical capabilities to include immediate and routine medical treatment, dental, x-ray, labs, 40-bed patient hold, and ground medical evacuation crews.
“Our team has conducted three deployment readiness exercises during the past year - moving all personnel and equipment to three different states across the United States,” said Cpt. Michael Hart, company commander of the 501st.
