Sgt. Jordan Snow, Percussionist with the 40th Army Band, Vermont National Guard. The 40th is also the Quick Reaction Force (QRF) for the Vermont National Guard. Sgt. Snow talks about their mission to help construct a 400-bed Alternate Healthcare Facility at the Champlain Valley Exposition in Essex Vermont. The Expo is normally used for events and is largely a series of empty warehouse buildings.
