Staff Sergeant Justin Hough, a member of the West Virginia National Guard; has been actively involved in the food distribution to Preston County students, after all West Virginia Schools were ordered to shut down, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As the Principal of Terra Alta East Preston school, Justin helps with the packing and distribution of over 3,000 meals a week, along with classwork. County wide, over 22,000 meals are distributed to Preston County children, weekly.
