The United States Air Force Airman Leadership School adjusted it’s curriculum Air Force wide June 5, 2019, to better develop it’s future leaders. The new ALS curriculum, at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tenn., is focused on creating more effective Air Force leaders through group interaction, simulated training events and out-of-the box thinking.
