On Nov. 21, a graduation ceremony was held for the first graduates of the inaugural Jobs & Hope West Virginia course at Camp Dawson. The West Virginia National Guard has been a leader and partner in working to develop training for participants in the program.
The first course offered was a grader operator course where six students graduated having learned the techniques to operate heavy machinery for new jobs skills.
