and U.S. Marines with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit conduct a simulated
noncombatant evacuation operation as part of exercise Cobra Gold 2020, Utapao, Kingdom
of Thailand, Feb. 29, 2020. Exercise Cobra Gold 20 is the largest theater security cooperation
exercise in the Indo-Pacific region and is an integral part of the U.S. commitment to
