U.S. Marines, U.S. Soldiers, and Royal Thai soldiers participate in a jungle survival course during exercise Cobra Gold 2020 at Ban Dan Lan Hoi, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 27, 2020. Service members were taught basic survival skills like finding hydration sources, starting fires, and identifying different food sources. Exercise Cobra Gold 20 is the largest theater security cooperation exercise in the Indo-Pacific region and is an integral part of the U.S. commitment to strengthen engagement in the region.
