U.S. Marine Maj. Joel Wellendorf and Somtawin Kammoo talk about the importance of building relationships during the humanitarian civic action events that began on Feb. 3, 2020, and will continue through the duration of Exercise Cobra Gold 2020 throughout the Kingdom of Thailand. Kammoo, a native of Sukhothai, Thailand, is the Ban Wang Zai School director. Exercise Cobra Gold 20 emphasizes coordination on civic action, such as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief events, developing interoperability and unity of action in crisis contingencies.
