Amberlie Silva, an Army Nurse Corps Officer serving as the Secretary of the General Staff for the Army Reserve Medical Readiness and Training Command discusses her Expert Field Medical Badge (EFMB) Testing Experience. Army Reserve Medical Command is hosting an EFMB testing event at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin April 25th to May 9th, 2020. This is the first EFMB event hosted by the U.S. Army Reserve and offers Reserve Soldiers the opportunity to earn the prestigious badge.
