U.S. Air Force 18th Aggressor Squadron crew chiefs prepare to launch F-16 Fighting Falcons to conduct Agile Combat Employment (ACE) concept of operations (CONOPS) during Exercise Cope North 20 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Feb. 14, 2020. Exercising elements of the ACE CONOPS allows for more flexibility by operating more freely with allies and partners throughout the Indo-Pacific, whether that be in a contested environment or in a location without established infrastructure, such as during times of crisis or disaster response.
