U.S. Marines and Sailors work together to unload tactical vehicles off the improved Navy lighterage system during Maritime Prepositioning Force Exercise (MPFEX) 20, on Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island, Florida Feb. 14, 2020. As commanding General of II Marine Expeditionary Force, Lt. Gen Brian D. Beaudreault, oversees the Marines participating in the exercise. MPFEX 20 is a military exercise in which Marines and Sailors offload and process military equipment in a safe and efficient manner, while in a tactical environment to enhance the rapid and scalable deployment of naval expeditionary forces in the European theater.
