On this edition of Dispatch: Pacific, over 3,000 U.S. and Japanese service members came together for the second iteration of exercise Northern Viper. Northern Viper is a bilateral training exercise designed to enhance interoperability between the two U.S. and Japan. Marines and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force honed their combat capabilities in cold weather environments.
