U.S. Air Force combat medics assigned to the 1st Special Operations Support Squadron and Deployed Aircraft Ground Response Element(DAGRE) members assigned to the 27th Security Forces Squadron, participate in a simulated mass casualty evacuation scenario at Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Michigan, on Jan. 29, 2020 in support of Emerald Warrior 20-1.
