U.S. Air Force and Army personnel tell the story of how Military Working Dog Max overcame a brown recluse bite on Dec. 5, 2019 at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The bite led the 1st Special Operations Security Forces Squadron to revamp their training yard. The new update is comprised of fake turf which deters unwanted critters to better the health and wellness of the MWDs. (U.S. Air Force video by Senior Airman Joseph P. Leveille)
