Sporian Microsystems has developed a pressure sensor that monitors gas flow between an aircraft engine’s compressor and combustor. Able to withstand high temperatures, it collects real-time data and allows for monitoring of the compressor and the combustor phenomena. This sensor mounts directly into the engine.
