The Coast Guard Cutter Bailey Barco (WPC 1122) crew shares the experience of serving on a cutter while underway in Ketchikan, Alaska, Dec. 4, 2019. The Bailey Barco crew received first place after entering their video in the Surface Navy Association's video competition. The crew is scheduled to attend an award symposium for it in Washington, D.C., January 2020. U.S. Coast Guard video by the Bailey Barco crew.
