Adjutant General of Michigan Maj. Gen. Paul Rogers joined Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency Director Zaneta Adams and keynote speaker Maj. (Ret.) Chris Stone Nov. 7, 2019, at the capitol rotunda in downtown Lansing, Mich. to honor veterans for their service.
The occasion also marked the 20 year anniversary of Maj. Stone's release as a prisoner of war during his deployment to Kosovo. (Video by Capt. Joe Legros)
