Coast Guard service members gather in Buffalo, New York to attend a Catholic Mass and burial for Lt. Thomas Crotty Nov. 2, 2019. Crotty's remains were recently identified, participated in the defense of the Philippines during World War II and later died in a Japanese prisoner of war camp.
