Portland Air National Guard Base is providing a multitude of fitness classes during the Fall season. As temperatures drop and exercise outdoors becomes more difficult these classes hope to fight the fall fitness slump. Classes include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), yoga, cycling, and zubma classes. The classes are open to all 142nd Fighter Wing personnel, and run through the end of the season.
Package includes interview with Staff Sergeant Lewis Philips, an Instructor the HIIT class.
