The 77th Sustainment Brigade gathered at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait to celebrate the promotion of the U.S. Army Reserves newest Col. Diane M. Richburg Oct. 25, 2019. Richburg joined the Army in 1990 and currently serves as the 77th Sustainment Brigade deputy commanding officer. The ceremony was officiated by Col. Jake S. Kwon, the brigade commander.
