Resiliency comes in many forms. Chaplain Aroon Seeda grew up in a Buddhist temple in Thailand.Now, he works to help the KMC community on mindfulness and resiliency by teaching classes to help those struggling with suicidal thoughts, PTSD, stress, anxiety or just looking for a way to wind down after a long work day.
