Coast Guard crews rescued five people aboard a sailboat off the Oregon coast, Oct. 16, 2019. The captain of the 50-foot sailing vessel said that he was struggling to make way to safe harbor and was unsure if he could safely cross the bar. (U.S. Coast Guard video)
