The 4th Infantry Division senior enlisted advisor, Command Sgt. Maj. T.J. Holland, mentored a group of noncommissioned officers on effective leadership skills, Sept.16, 2019, at Fort Carson, Colorado. Holland took the group on a tour of the barracks followed by a conference meeting, explaining the effects of proper resources for both Soldiers and NCOs, as well as the positives of the Mountain Post Living initiative.
