Every Soldier in the 2d Cavalry Regiment is assigned to one of 37 troops. All 37 troops have the same red over white cavalry guidon in front of their formation serving as a symbolic representation of the team. U.S. Army Col. Thomas Hough, 80th colonel of the regiment, 2CR, shares how team serves as the command philosophy for the regiment.
