    California National Guard Primary

Firefighters and hand crew members exit a U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter from the California Army National Guard, Sept. 11, 2019, at a helibase in Red Bluff, California, while returning from a 24-hour shift working the South Fire burning in Tehama County. It takes minutes to shuttle the crews out to remote areas of the fire whereas it would take hours by vehicle and foot. (U.S. Air National Guard video by Staff Sgt. Crystal Housman)
