The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), in partnership with U.S. Army Central and Tajikistan’s Defense Ministry, hosted an improvised explosive device course in Chimteppa, Tajikistan, August 6, 2019. The course is designed to help Central nations to combat the challenges of explosive hazards throughout Central Asia region. The video only covers the lecture portion of the course.
