Golden Fitness Center hosted its first individual functional fitness competition, "Fittest in the Fort." To make this event accessible to all fitness levels, there were RX, scaled, and masters divisions for both male and female competitors. Starting at 8 a.m. and lasting until 4 p.m., these competitors spent the entire day either sweating or cheering on their friends/family. After three judged workouts of the day, top performers in each division competed in a final event for podium placement.
